Refund Policy
Exchanges & Refunds
- Customers must advise Chindwell Doors within 7 working days
from receipt of goods.
- All products must be returned to Chindwell Doors, as sold, with
the original packaging within 14 working days of
delivery.
- All packaging and goods must be retained by the customer for
inspection. In the event of, goods proving to be defective
(Manufacturer's defect only) which require replacement, the
liability of Chindwell Doors shall not exceed the replacement value
of the faulty goods.
- Chindwell Doors shall not be responsible for any incidental
work or expenses arising out of, or because of any defect, in our
product. No responsibility can be accepted for poor workmanship or
incomplete installation by the customer or its representative.
- If goods are incorrect due to customer's error on ordering,
then collection charges will be applied.
- Only faulty or damaged goods will be exchanged.
- All doors must be checked prior to hanging in accordance with
the fitting instructions, which are supplied with every door.
- Doors cannot be returned to Chindwell once work has commenced
on the product, unless Chindwell Doors have given the customer
written confirmation that we will exchange the product.
- Our products are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing
faults only.
