Delivery Charges

We make the following charges for delivery of our products:

•  £15.00 for order value up to £150.00
  
•  £20.00 for order value up to £250.00
  
•  £25.00 for order value up to £450.00
  
•  FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDER VALUE OVER £450.00

Important:

Delivery will normally be within 7 working days. Chindwell use independent overnight delivery companies. Chindwell will contact the customer to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Working days are deemed as Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Public  Holidays.

All deliveries will be to the ground floor only providing acceptable access is available.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

It is imperative that the customer checks the purchased items at the time of delivery, if possible while the courier is present and before signing the Consignment Note.

Where the customer refuses to accept an agreed delivery due to damage, the customer should sign the Consignment Note "DAMAGED" and refuse delivery.  This is the responsibility of the customer.

The customer should contact Chindwell if they are not satisfied with their order within 7 working days.

Should the customer choose to cancel their order, the customer must give Chindwell 48 Hours notification.

If the customers goods are incorrect due to error on ordering, a collection charge will be incurred.

If the customer returns their order to Chindwell, the order must be in the original packaging as it was received.

Online orders can only be delivered to UK mainland addresses.  For any other delivery address please contact us for details.
